CM on technical educiaotnof women

GWADAR Oct 22 (PPI): Due to technical education of women in the province massive opportunities of employment would be created to help end poverty in the province.
This was stated by Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Malik Baloch while speaking at a signing ceremony of MoU between Government of Balochistan and UNHCR here Thursday.
MoU was signed by Secretary Labour and Manpower Hamid Al Karim and UNHCR Chief.
Under the MoU UNHCR would establish women training centre at Loralai at a cost of Rupees 103 million where women would be imparted training in four sectors.
Besides Technical training Centre for Men would be renovated and repaired and modern training equipment would also be provided.
Adviser on Forest and Livestock Obeullah Babat, MPA Nasrullah Zeray, Commissioner Afghan Refugees Ghazanfar Ali Agha, Javaria Tareen and other senior officers were also present.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Minister appreciated UNHCR for the women project and said that it would not only provide employment opportunities for women but it would also help end poverty.
He said a society where more than half population is ignorant of economic activities it can never progress. Women of the province have ot play their role in economic activities of the province. Such projects would provide better employment opportunities to the women.
Malik Baloch asked international organizations to provide assistance to provincial government for end to poverty, technical training of international standard so that their living style improves and province become prosperous.
