KARACHI, March 25 (PP): Three alleged kidnappers were killed and three abducted persons recovered in an encounter held in Korangi area of the metropolis on Friday.
According to police sources, the killed kidnappers were later identified as Qasim, Bilal and Usman, who were shot dead in a retaliatory fire by police personnel near Ibrahim Hyderi in Korangi area. The bodies were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for autopsies. The age of the deceased was stated between 20 to 25 years.
Moreover, after the encounter three persons of a family were recovered safely from Ayaz Goth, jurisdiction of PS Ibrahim Hyderi Police Station. The abducted persons were named Farhan, Riffat and Ifra.
