Scavengers Involved In Karachi Bank Robberies

KARACHI, Oct 8 (Online): City police has come to know about a group of scavengers involved in bank robberies in Karachi
According to a private TV channel report, the group of scavengers, comprising six members, rushes into the banks, two of its members take the bank staff hostage, while other two members take security guards at gun point; two other members stand outside and monitor the situation.
Sources said, 52 year man leads this group, who also conduct reckey and chalk out plan. Accused change their hideouts and get-ups after every robbery.
The Special Investigation Unit had arrested a group of robbers but it has been revealed that the same group was involved in recent bank robberies, after which LEAs were in full swing to arrest these robbers.
