MARDAN, Oct. 24 (Online): Pakistan Muslim League (N)’s Central Vice president, Nawabzada Mohammad Khan Hoti on Thursday said that Imran Khan has failed to fulfill his pledges of establishing corruption-free governance.
“All corrupt officers are still working on key posts and Director of Anti-Corruption is at the top, have nothing to descry government’s commitment to accountability,†the former federal minister expressed these views in a press conference.
PML (N) leader appreciated the efforts of Vice Chancellor of Abdul Wali Khan University (AWKU), Dr. Ihsan Ali, saying that during his time the university has made progress by leaps and bounds. He also alleged that conspiracies are being hatched against the honest officer but the elements involved would ultimately lick the dust
“The provincial government is even not certain about their plans to deal with corruption and time and again give contradictory statementsâ€, Khawaja Hoti added.
He claimed that he has 57 files of corruption of previous government and whenever he would be satisfied with the seriousness of the present government to deal with the menace, he would hand over those files to the government for further investigations.
