LAHORE, Dec 26 (INP): Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) which made tall claims about tsunami of change in the country before general elections, has failed to fulfill the aspirations of masses.

Talking to media persons here on Thursday, Rana Sanaullah said that the PTI protests and strikes have nothing to do with the crises faced by country and sufferings of masses but all hue and cry was aimed at hiding its failure to come with the expectations of people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa which brought it into power with heavy mandate.

He claimed that the masses across the country have rejected the PTI for its hollow pledges of resolving problems faced by them and now it was using different tactics to avert masses’ attention from real issues confronting them.

The Punjab law minister alleged that the PTI despite widespread criticism from masses has not learnt the lesson from its mistakes and still stands firm on blunders instead of making efforts to remove them.

Rana Sanauallah rejected the blames of using state machinery for pre-poll rigging in local bodies elections and said that the allegations were as to accept defeat prior to elections.

He said that PML-Q has become a tale and Chaudhry brothers were supporting former President General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf only to keep them alive in active politics.

The provincial minister rejected the allegations of political victimization against Musharraf and said that whatever action taken against him will be in accordance with the constitution and on the directives of judiciary.
