55 Suspects Held in Karachi Targeted Actions

KARACHI, Jan 23 (Online): At least 55 suspects were rounded up during series of targeted actions by Rangers during last 24 hours.
According to Rangers spokesman, the raids were conducted in Jamali Goth, Shah Faisal Colony-1, Muslimabad, Bhittiabad, Khokharapar, Nusrat Bhutto Morr, Abidabad, Muhammadabad, Banaras, Kanwari Colony and Lyari areas.
During the targeted actions, 55 ‘criminals’ including members of banned outfits, extortionists and gang war elements were arrested, and weapons including SMGs, rifles and mixed ammo were recovered, the spokesman added.
