Justice Amir Hani Muslim excuses from LPG quota case hearing

ISLAMABAD, Mar 18 (Online): Supreme Court Justice Amir Hani Muslim dissociated himself excused from hearing of the LPG quota case on Tuesday here,.

Supreme Court five-member bench headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk heard the case here.

During the hearing, Justice Amir Hani Muslim dissociated himself from the case said that he had been hearing the JJVL cases in Sindh and, therefore, excused from hearing this case.

Later, the hearing was adjourned until the constitution of the new bench by the chief justice.
