QUETTA mar 25 (PPI): Balochistan chief Minister told provincial assembly that district cadre posts would not be touched.
Clarifying a point in provincial assembly here today Chief Minister said that we would responsibility of whatever happened during our period.
He said that roads in Quetta would be built shortly. This problem was inherited ti us from previous regime, headed.
Leader of Opposition Maulana Abdul Wasay suggested that a common fund of six MPAs of Quetta should be constituted to complete roads which are in very bad condition. He said if status quo was maintained funds were wasted earlier and would happen so in days ahead.
Earlier provincial minister Sardar Mustafa Tareen in reply to a question told Maulana Wasay that population of Quetta city has exceeded 2.5 million souls. Proposals for beautification and cleanliness of Quetta city were sent to previous government and elected representatives form Quetta but these could not be implemented yet. He told that for the last two years Metropolitan Corporation received no funds for beautification of Quetta city, development schemes, street lights and other projects.
Clarifying a point Chief Minister said that people of one district were posted to the other in hundreds. It is very important issue. He said this has been done in BDA, QDA and Agriculture. He said people from Panjgur district were posted in Loralai. If action is taken against them it is said it is victimization. He suggested a committee on the issue should be formed to review similar matters.
