Girl killed, 15 injured in explosion

QUETTA mar 29 (PPI): A minor girl was killed and 15 persons including two FC personnel sustained injuries three seriously when militants targeted a FC vehicle along Sariab road here Saturday.
According to details terrorists targeted a caravan of FC near Gahi Khan Chowk Sariab road here today. An explosion occurred in which a girl Faiza Bibi was killed. Fifteen persons Niazullah, Abdul Rasool, Nematullah, Lal Muhammad, Yusuf, Abdul Ali, Abdul Saamad, Sharafuddin, Jalal Khan, Nasir Khan, Shakeel, Abdul Ghafoor, Raza Muhammad were injured. They were rushed to civil hospital where condition of three of them is stated to be serious.
FC vehicle was damaged in the explosion. Two rickshaws, two motorcycles, one bicycle, a car were also damaged. Nearby buildings and window panes were also badly damaged.
Police and FC troops cordoned the area and started investigation.
Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch speaking on a point of order in Balochistan Assembly condemned the incident and said that terrorists would never succeed in their nefarious designs. . Government in office he added would spare no effort to provide security to the masses. He said it is responsibility fo the government to provide security to its people. Forces inimical to peace in the province would be dealt with iron hands. Government is following agenda of providing peace to the masses. Entire house strongly condemns this bomb explosion.
