Fazlur Rehman condemns attack of Dr Soomro

QUETTA Apr 1 (PPI): Amir Jamiat Ulema e Islam Maulana Fazlur Rehman has condemned in strong words murderous attack of Secretary General JUI Sindh Dr Khalid Soomro and said that this incident is clear proof of increasing incidents of lawlessness in Sindh.
According to JUI Media Cell Maulana Fazlur Rehman telephoned Dr Khalid Mahmood Soomro and enquired about his health. He said Sindh Government has utterly failed to maintain peace and security of people. He demanded attackers of Dr Soomro and taking them to task.
Secretary General JUI Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Hydri and Central Deputy Secretary General Malik Sikandar Advocate have also condemned attack on life of Dr Khalid Soomro. They warned Sindh government that JUI was protesting against anti Islam policies of Sindh Government and security of deeni madaris, attack on Dr Soomro raises questions. They said no conspiracy would be allowed to succeed in Sindh against Ulema and deeni madaris. They said there seems nothing like government in the province and there is dacoit and killers rule everywhere. They said Ulema were targeted at American best through Sindh government. It would have serious repercussions. They said any government which cannot provide security to its people it has no right to remain in power.
