Gang war accused killed in police encounter

KARACHI, Apr 07 (INP): An accused of gang war was gunned down in an alleged police encounter in Kemari area of the metropolis on Monday.
According to SSP South Nasir Aftab, the accused, Mullah Nazir, was shot dead in an encounter.
Two hand grenades and other weapons were recovered from the possession of the accused, the SSP said.
Meanwhile a person died and six others sustained injuries when a passenger bus overturned at Super Highway here on Monday.
The mini coach was on way to Karachi from Hyderabad when it overturned due to excessive speeding near the factory of Lucky Cement. The wounded persons were shifted to Baqai Medical Hospital for medical care.
Traffic system at Super Highway was severely affected due to the road mishap however police force removed the bus with the help of heavy machinery.
