21 Pakistani prisoners released from Indian jails handed over to Ranger at Wagah border

LAHORE, April 16 (INP): Indian border security forces on Wednesday handed over 21 Pakistani prisoners who were released from different jails as goodwill gesture to Pakistani Ranger personnel at Wagah border.
According to Ranger sources, at least 21 prisoners including 18 fishermen and three civilian were released by India and they crossed into Pakistan through Wagah border.
On the occasion, a large numbers of relatives of released prisoners were present at the border for receiving them.
Talking to media persons, the released people expressed happiness over their return to Pakistan and said that they got new lives as they suffered a lot while in Indian jails.
They wished that all the Pakistani prisoners were got released from jails of India. They said a number of Pakistani prisoners were suffering from diseases while treatment with others was inhumane.
