Call for resolving water shortage, power loadshedding in Quetta

QUETTA, May 11 (APP) The farmers and social circles of the
provincial capital and its surroundings have demanded of the government
for resolving the acute water shortage and power loadshedding
in their respective areas.
According to a statement issued here on Sunday, Sahara Development Society Chairman Saadullah Baloch said that the power loadshedding and
water shortage had cast negative impact on local agriculture and horticulture.
The tankers mafia were fleecing the people as they had increased
the prices of potable water manifold, he said and demanded the
government to take the concrete measures to resolve issue on
war-footings.
