Bugti murder case adjourned till June 16

QUETTA May 19 (PPI): Special Court of Anti Terrorism headed by Tariq Anwar Kasi allowed Pervez Musharraf former President and main accused in the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case exemption from appearing in the Court here Monday.
Court ordered his presence at the next hearing on June 16.
According to details former interior minister Aftab Sherpao and former provincial home minister Shoaib Nosherwani, two guarantors of Pervez Musharraf Mumtaz Hussain and Nazir Ahmed were present during the hearing.
An application was filed for exemption in the court on medical ground on behalf of Pervez Musharraf. Court accepted the request and asked his guarantors to ensure Pervez Musharraf will appear in the court at next hearing. It may be added here that orders for appearance of Pervez Musharraf in the court have been issued for five times.
AftabSherpao and Shoaib Nosherwani filed petitions for their acquittal. Court issues notices to parties concerned for next date of haring on June 16.
