Matters relating to hajj to be accorded priority: CM

QUETTA may 30 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that he has spoken to Centre earlier about intending hajis from this province and he would resolve this issue on priority basis so that no one is left form perfoming haj.
This he said while speaking to Amir Jamaat Islami Balochistan Abdul Mateen Akhundzada here Friday. Amir Jamaat Islami Balochistan while speaking to Chief Minister apprised him that all those who had submitted applications for performing hajj should be allowed to go for it. Lot of people have been deprived form going to perform haj on the pretext of small quota for hajj. It is excess. Chief Minister should approach Federation that all who had submitted applications for hajj should be allowed to go.
He said Loralai is important commercial city and agrarian district of the province. It should be elevated as Municipal Corporation and budget should be earmarked. Zamindars should be given special incentives to put the district on agriculture uplift . He said special steps should be taken to tackle problems of non availability of drinking water, load shedding of electricity, cleanliness, traffic, sewerage and highways traffic. He aid Balochistan is rich in resources but it has been kept backward.
Chief Minsiter said after according Municipal status to Loralai he would visit the area. He has asked Local bodies minister to announce special package to resolve all problems besides according it status of Municipal.
