QUETTA: The opening ceremony of All Pakistan T-20 Cricket Cup Tournament 2014 is scheduled to be held at 10:30 PM on July 06, 2014 at the Bugti Stadium here. Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai will be the chief guest on the occasion.
Different activities including the national anthem and songs, beautiful firework would be presented at the opening ceremony making it a memorable cricketing event in the metropolis.
An exhibition match will also be played on the occasion. The Governor – XI and Chief Minister – XI will be face to face in the exhibition match.
It may be mentioned here that informally the Tournament had been inaugurated later last month. A few players from the Pakistan cricket team including Khurram Manzoor, Fawad Alam, Muhammad Sami and others had also participated in the tournament. They had represented the Maker Cricket Club in the matches played so far.
The prominent cricket teams and clubs from all over the country are also vying in the Tournament.
