ATC summons Pervez Musharraf, guarantors on Sep 8

QUETTA aug 11 (PPI): Anti Terrorism Court hearing Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case here Monday expressed anger for not appearing Pervez Musharraf in the court ordered him and his guarantors to appear on September 8.
According to details ATC headed by Nazeer Langav heard NawabAkbar Bugti murder case ehre today. Corut expressed anger for Pervez Musharaf for not appearing in the court and observed it gies an impression he does not respect courts.
His lawyer Zeeshan Janjua presented medical certificates and requested the court to exempt him from appearance as he was ill.
Sohail Rajput Lawyer of Jamil Bugti son of Nawab Akbar Bugti submitted that instead of appearance in the court Pervez Musharraf was retreating. He should be presented in the court. He said according to investigation team Pervez Musharraf was not in hospital but was at his residence.
Court granting exemption to Pervez Musharraf from today?s appearance ordered Pervez Musharraf and his two guarantors to appear on next hearing on September 8 along with original medical certificate.
Lawyer of former interior Minister Aftab Sherpao told that he could not come as he missed flight.
Former Home Minister Shoaib Nosherwani was present during hearing.
