QUETTA Sep 3 (PPI): Elimination of crimes from Balochistan is our topmost priority.
This was stated by Provincial Home Secretary Akbar Hussain Durrani while addressing opening ceremony of 3-day Crime Scene Investigation Course being held in collaboration with UNDOC here Wednesday.
Additional Secretary Prosecution Muhammad Rafiq Raisani, Prosecutor General Batista Abdul Qahir Khan, Programme manager UNDOC Waqas Shah and others also spoke on the occasion.
Home Secretary said without cooperation of Police, Levies and prosecutors eradication of crimes is not possible. Levies and Prosecutors should hold legal consultation with each other and conduct investigation on solid ground. May not be an innocent becomes accused due to their weak investigation. For eradication of crimes important and basic thing is investigation. Without transparent investigation crimes cannot be eliminated. He said during the present day importance and usefulness of training cannot be denied. He said investigation officers and prosecutors can play i8mportant role in minimizing crimes by benefitting formthis coruse.
He said there is remarkable improvement in law and order situation in Balochistan during the present government which the result those migrated to other provinces from Balochistan were now returning here. He said full measures were being adopted for establishing law and order. End of crimes and terrorists is our commitment.
He said attacks on Quetta airport on August 13 was foiled by forces with bravery and eliminated all the terrorists.
HOme Secretary said task given to the forces should be discharged honestly and with dedication to make Balochistan peaceful.
