NAB arrest ex cash officer for misappropriation of 10 million

QUETTA Sep 23 (PPI): National Accountability Bureau Balochistan has arrested former Cash Officer HBL Complex Branch for embezzlement s of Rupees 10 million. He was hiding in Karachi to escape NAB investigation. His arrest followed a report of NAB Sindh Intelligence report.
According to NAB Balochistan accused Majeed Sajid former Cash Officer HBL Complex Branch while misusing his powers caused Rupees 10 million loss to the bank by misappropriating Customers accounts. He was dismissed form service in inquiry by the bank.
NAB Balochistan was continuing investigation. Accused would be presented in the Accountability Court for physical remand.
Director General NAB Balochistan Syed Khalid Iqbal has pledged that his organisation would continue to check corruption in financial institutions. NAB informs people to verify timely transfer of money to the concerned account after depositing it in any financial institution to avoid any foul play.
