QUETTA Sep 24 (PPI): Kamran Asad (CM Secretariat B-19) awaiting posting orders has been appointed as Director General Public Relations Govt of Balochistan.
His predecessor Abdul Khaliq Dotani has been psoted as Director Public Relations.
