Marvi Memon visits affected family

QUETTA Nov 10 (PPI): Chairperson NA Committee on Information Marvi Memon visited residence of Sehar Batool who was sexually assaulted and killed.
Capital City Police Officer Abdul Razzaq Cheema was also present.
It is added here that Sehar Batool seven year girl was sexually abused by unknown persons who later killed her on October 29.
On the directives of Prime Minister she met with the affected family and assured them that elements involve dint he incident would be arrested and punished sternly. She said Government and nation stands with them. She said taking serious notice of the incident Prime Minister has directed all possible steps for immediate arrest of accused.
She prayed for eternal peace of departed soul of Sehar Batoool and patience for the affected family.
She also met with Inspector General Police Balochistan Muhammad Amlish in connection with investigation of the case and sought details of arrest of accused. IGP told that Joint Investigation of the incident was underway and some accused have been arrested who were under interrogation.
CCPO Abdul Razzaq Cheema, SSP Investigation Asad Raza and Chief of Hazara Qaumi Jirga Abdul Qayyum Changezi were also present at the meeting.
