Nawab Bugti murder case adjourned till Dec 10

QUETTA Nov 10 (PPI): Hearing of Nawab Bugti murder case was held at Anti Terrorism Court here Monday.
Former interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao, Zeeshan Cheema lawyer of main accused Pervez Musharraf and Sohail Rajput lawyer for applicant Jamil Akbar Bugti son of Nawab Bugti appeared.
Pervez Musharraf lawyer submitted a report of medical board about health of Pervez Musharraf. It was proposed that on medical grounds Pervez Musharraf cannot travel.
Learned judge Nazeer Ahmed Langav after discussion and objection of Sohail Rajput rejected medical report but gave one day exemption to Pervez Musharraf for one day. Judge ordered presentation of main accused at the next hearing on Dec 10 at every cost. Court said if he failed to appear at next hearing his bail would be cancelled.
Court also directed his guarantor to ensure his presence t the next hearing on Dec 10.
