QUETTA Nov 21 (PPI): Frontier Corps is assigned monitoring of long borders of Balochistan, security to national institutions, checking gun running and drugs smuggling and security to life and property of people. It fully shares grief of people of Balochistan during every difficult time.
This was stated by Inspector General FC Balochistan Major General Muhammad Ejaz Shahid while speaking to 11-member delegation from National Management College Lahore which called on him at FC Headquarters here Friday.
Colonel Muhammad Akthar Khan briefed the delegation on situation in Balochistan and role of FC in details.
IG FC said whether it is natural calamities, floods, earthquakes and incidents of terrorism FC in its timely action has always ensured security to life and property of people and rendered sacrifices of its lives for elimination of terrorists.
Delegation appreciating role and sacrifices of FC said that they have brought message of love and peace for people of Balochistan.
