DER AMURAD JAMALI Dec 1 (PPI): Peaceful and developed Balochistan is manifesto of National Party. There is need to develop the province. If we did not take measures to develop the province to bring it at par with other provinces we would be national criminals.
These views were expressed by Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch while addressing a public meeting at Goth Gul Hassan Manjho Monday.
He said funds would be secured form federal government to start work on desilting and repair of Pat Feeder Canal by January.
Medical Colleges are being setup in Loralai, Turbat and Khuzdar. Steps were also underway to improve law and order situation in the province.
Ali Hassan Jamote announced to joint National Party at the meeting.
He said electricity would also be provided to Nasirabad and Sibi Divisions from Uch Power Plant. We have special cooperation of Prime Minister for this.
He said Balochistan University campus would be established at Nasirabad.
Taking notice of killing of Engineer Meraj Khan Umrani and his children he directed RPO and DPO Naziabad to immediately arrest killers and bring them to the net of justice. He said this incident is against Baloch traditions and condemnable.
Secretary General National Party Dr Yasin Baloch in his speech said our party was waging historic struggle to bring true change in Balochistan. With national Party coming into power journey of development has begun in the province. He said backwardness in Nasirabad area is due to inaptness of representative of the area.
Spokesman to Balochistan Chief Minister and Information Secretary National Party Jan Muhammad Buledi said our party was struggling for securing political and economic rights of people of the province. Role of Chief Minister for development of province is exemplary and laudable.
Provincial Minister Aslam Bizenjo, MNA Sardar Kamal Bangulzai, Chairman BSO Aslam Baloch, MPAs Dr Shama Ishaq and Ms Yasmeen Lehri, Gul Hassan Manjho and others also spoke on the occasion.
