CM for action against looters of people?s wealth

QUETTA Dec 27 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that those committing embezzlement in people?s money deserve no leniency and action should be taken against them.
He was speaking during briefing held by CM Inspecting Team here Saturday.
Chief man CM Inspection Team in his briefing told that during past one year investigations have been completed on 105 cases of serious irregularities of financial bungling, irregularities and violation of rules and regulation while 30 cases were under investigation.
He told that on the report of inspection team eight cases have been reported to Anti Corruption.
He said during past five years from 2008 to 2013 CM Inspection team had carried out only 59 inquiries and inspections while during past one year performance of the team has been enhanced. Members of the team inspect the projects on complaints and submit their reports.
Chief Minister said that looters of people?s money deserve no leniency. Legal action would be taken against such corruption elements under the rule because without effective system of accountability no society can progress nor prosperity is achieved.
He said if any officer fails to hand over record to inspection team or commits non cooperation FIR would be registered against him.
