GWADAR Jan 5 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said Gwadar has great significance for us. In future it would be economic hub of the province.
He said this while speaking to councilors and social and political leaders.
He said eyes of the world are focused on Pakistan. We have to ensure security of our assets and resources and development. For this it is necessary we have educated manpower. Therefore young generation should concentrate its attention on acquiring education. He aid for strength of democracy strong local bodies system has great importance. We have not only held lb polls in the province but want to see these institutions strong. He said there is no scope for corruption, nepotism in Balochistan. He said several officers have been suspended for illegal allotment of lands in Pasni and Gwadar. He aid commission would not be allowed at any cost.
He said fishing is economy of people of Balochistan. He aid Fisheries officers to ensure fishing through illegal nets for security of this economy. He said there exists ban on illegal fishing and Fisheries Department should ensure illegal fishing and use of unauthorized net to ensure security of sea life.
Councilors form various parts of the province apprised Chief Minister of their problems. Chief Minister assured them of resolving these problems.
