Electricity shortfall rises further

QUETTA Jan 13 (PPI): Electricity shortfall has further risen to 1190 mw as 460 mw are available against total demand of 1650 mw (except Mekran) in Balochistan.
QESCO Spokesperson said today that to meet difference between supply and demand load shedding was being made under load management in varying hours. Four to seven hours load shedding was being made in Quetta city from 4 to 7 hours daily. Rural and agri feeders were supplied electricity 4 to 5 hours daily in different timings. All the district headquarter city feeders are supplied electricity from 8 to 10 hours daily.
