SC restores membership of minority MPA Santosh Kumar

QUETTA Jan 13 (PPI): Supreme Court restored membership of Minority Member of Balochistan Assembly Santosh Kumar.
Three member bench of the Apex Court while announcing verdict on appeal of Santosh Kumar against the decision of Election Commission ordered it to review the matter afresh.
It is added here that Election Commission had suspended membership of MPA Santosh Kumar on violation of party discipline. He had challenged this decision in the Supreme Court.
