Rain-Thundershower expected in twin cities during next 24 hrs

ISLAMABAD, Sep 13 (APP): Scattered rain-thundershower is expected in Kashmir, Malakand, Hazara, Islamabad,Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions, while isolated rain in Peshawar, Kohat, Sargodha divisions and Gilgit-Baltistan is expected during next 24 hours.
According to Meteorological department,seasonal low lies over Northwest Balochistan and adjoining areas with its trough extending southeastwards.
Weak Monsoon currents from the Arabian sea are penetrating into upper parts of the country and a westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and is likely to persist during next 2-3 days.
While, hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of Punjab and Islamabad.
However, rain-thundershower is expected at scattered places of
Islamabad,Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore division, and at isolated places
of Sargodha division during next 24 hrs.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,mainly hot and humid weather is expected in
most parts of the province. However, rain-thundershower is expected at scattered places of Malakand, Hazara divisions, while at isolated places
of Peshawar and Kohat division during next 24 hours.
Hot and humid weather will prevail in Balochistan and Sindh during next 24 hours.
Rain-thundershower is expected at scattered places of Kashmir during next 24 hours.
While, partly cloudy weather is expected with chances of rain-thunderstorm at isolated places of Gilgit-Baltistan during next 24 hours.
