PPF organizes ?Safety and Security Training?

QUETTA Jan 24 (PPI): Pakistan Press Foundation (PPF) organised 3-day Safety and Security training for journalists here Saturday.
On the opening day today Syed Tahir Mahmood briefed journalists about First aid , difference between medial aid and first aid , CRP, first aid response to severely injured person after bomb blasts or road accidents, recovery position, stopping bleeding and mental health stress and coping and managing strategies. He also gave practical demonstrations about these.
Journalists showed keen interest and asked searching questions. They expressed satisfaction that they would now be able to deal with any unpleasant situation while discharging their publications.
Coordinator PPF Mohtarma Naseem Shaikh, Senior Network Coordinator Musawwir Shahid gave a resume about PPF.
Reporters and Cameramen from print and Electronic Media attended the training. It would also continue Sunday and Monday.
