QUETTA: The father of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Balochistan, Muhammad Amlish, Mian Nazir Ahmed died after a brief illness in Lahore, on Tuesday.
Later, his Namaz-e-Janaza was offered at the Qurban Line in Lahore the same afternoon and he was laid to rest in a local graveyard of Lahore the same evening.
Earlier, the IGP heard the tragic news of death of his father in Quetta and thus he proceeded for Lahore to attend his funeral.
