JI expresses solidarity with protesting NADRA employees

QUETTA: A delegation of Jama’at-e-Islami (JI) Balochistan led by its Ameer, Abdul Mateen Akhunzada visited the protest camp set up by the NADRA Employees Union Balochistan here near the Quetta Press Club.
Those included in the delegation were included: Provincial Naib Ameer, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim, Provincial Secretary Information, Abdul Wali Khan Shakir, Ameer Quetta district, Maulana Abdul Kabir Kakar and others.
The office bearers of the NADRA Employees Union, Ziaur Rehman Sasoli, Dost Ali Tareen and others informed the JI delegation about their problems and demands including award of the incentives and salaries to the NADRA employees under the Federal Service Structure, medical and other allowances, besides others.
The NADRA employees are transferred in the remote areas far from their native places, which create problems for them, they further pointed out.
The Provincial Ameer of JI, Abdul Mateen Akhunzada expressed solidarity with the protesting employees.
He said it is essential to give basic rights to the government employees so that they may discharge their duties with dedication and concentration.
He said that JI is party of the oppressed people, so it would continue to raise its voice for their rigts.
