26 more Commandos deployed: Security beefed up at various railway stations further

QUETTA: In wake of the security concerns, the security has been beefed up further on the railway stations of Balochistan including Quetta.
The sources of the Pakistan Railways Police, strength of the Commandos have been increased at the railway stations as 26 more commandos have been deployed there.
With the fresh deployment, the tally of commandos at different railway stations has increased to 50, the sources maintained.
The deployment has been made at the Mach, Chaman, Sibi besides Quetta Railway Stations, the sources said.
The commandos would also be on board in the trains for protection of the railway passengers.
Moreover, other steps have also been taken to ensure protection of life and property of the passengers travelling by trains besides safety of the railway installations in the province as the sources further informed.
They also said that the stringent security measures already adopted at the railway stations are included: setting up of the walk through gates, search of the passengers and baggage through scanners, besides the CCTV cameras.
