FC foils smuggling of narcotics, 4 held

QUETTA Feb 12 (PPI): Frontier corps Balochistan foiled a bid to smuggle large quantity of narcotics during checking along Muslim Bagh by pass Thursday.
According to details on secret information FC started checking of vehicles along Muslim Bagh By pass about 80 km North of Quetta today.
During checking a truck and trailer No LPT-1790 was searched. It led to recovery of 29 bags of Heroin hidden in the spare tyres. Four inmates including driver were arrested. The value of seized heroin is about Rupees 50 million.
FC sources said that narcotics are root cause of all ills. FC is determined to root out menace of narcotics by mobilizing all resources.
