NOSHKI Feb 14 (PPI): Peace in society is because of law. Law enforcers should discharge their obligation without fear according to the law. Out dignity, blood and rights are similar and there is no discrimination in them.
This was stated by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Noor Muhammad Meskanzai while speaking a delegation of Hindu Panchayat at a reception hosted for him by District Attorney Chaudhry Girdhari Lal here Saturday.
Chief Justice was accorded warm welcome upon arrival at Noshki. A delegation of Hindu Panchayat called on Chief Justice and apprised him of security problem.
Speaking on the occasion he said Hindu community is our dignity and our society accord them respect as a whole. Peace in society is because of law and law enforcers should work without any fear and discharge their duty accord to law.
He directed law enforcers to provide security to minorities and said that no leniency about law would be tolerated.
He also directed Deputy Commissioner Noshki to ensure implementation of quota for the minorities and disabled. If their quota was not respected all the orders would be cancelled. Quota is their legal, basic and constitutional right. He said life, property and dignity fo every citizen in Noshki is dearer and it is our moral, legal and social responsibility.
He said there is need to end mutual conflicts because these hollow our society from inside. He said Hindu community has equal rights and there should be no discrimination in it.
