Bus Federation: Shifting of city bus adahs to Hazar Ganji to be resisted

QUETTA: A meeting of Balochistan Bus Federation was held under presidentship of its President, Mir Saeed Ahmed Lehri the other day.
The office bearers of different bus unions including All Karachi Coach Union, All Balochistan Mini Bus Local Bus Union, Mastung Bus Union, Taftan Bus Union and Balochistan Goods Transporters and Milli Watan Mini Bus Union participated in the meeting.
A resolution was adopted unanimously that until and unless the desired facilities are provided to the transporters and passengers in the Hazar Ganji bus terminal, it would be impossible for the transporters to shift the bus terminals from the city areas to there (Hazar Ganji).
We would not shift the bus terminals from the city area to Hazar Ganji bus terminal at any cost, the participants of the meeting vowed.
It was also demanded of the government to fix transport fares after consultation with the transporters.
