QUETTA Feb 18 (PPI): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Shareef was accorded warm welcome upon his arrival here Wednesday on 2-day visit.
He was accompanied by Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Shareef, DG ISI Lt General Rizwan Akhtar, Khwaja Saad Rafiq, Khwaja Asif, Jam Kamal Khan.
Prime Minister was received by Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Provincial Ministers Nawab Sanaullah Zehri, Sarfraz Bugti, Rehmat Saleh Baloch, Nawab Ayaz Jogezai, Aslam Bizenjo, Izhar Khosa, Rahim Ziaratwal, Ghulam Mustafa Tareen, Advisers Obedullah Babat, Abdul Majid Abro, Khalid Langav at Quetta international airport.
He drove to Governor House where Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai received him.
Prime Minister chaired meeting of Apex Committee meeting at Governor House.
He also planted a sapling in the premises of Governor House to mark inauguration of spring tree plantation drive. Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Shareef also planted a tree.
