QUETTA: The International Civil Defence Day would be observed on March 01, 2015 in Quetta.
According to an official press release issued here by the Directorate of Civil Defence Balochistan in Quetta, the basic objective behind observance of the Day is to highlight the importance of the Civil Defence.
So, the Day would be celebrated in a big way, the press release mentioned. Marking the Day, awareness seminars, demonstrations and rallies would be held at the divisional headquarters of the Civil Defence in addition to its Directorate in Quetta.
Banners would also be put on display for mass awareness in the Quetta city and other parts of the province.
