QUETT A Feb 22 (PPI): Frontier Corps carried out search operation in Panjgur area on the indication of suspects already arrested. After heavy firing terrorists ran away leaving arms and ammunition.
According to details Panjgur Rifles conducted a search operation on the basis information received from already arrested suspects in Bonstan area of Panjgur. During the operation against terrorists of separatist a dump of arms and ammunition was recovered. After exchange o f heavy fire terrorists ran away leaving behind their arms and ammunition.
According to secret information terrorists of separatists were planning to use these arms and ammunition against FWO, N-85 and M-8 engaged in development in the area. Seized arms and ammunition included SMGs (3), magazines (2), rounds (250), kalashinkov (2) 30 bore pistols (3), tt pistol (1), revolver (1), magazine pistol (4), rounds (30), binoculars along with covers (2), shot gun (2), cartridges (10), mobiles (2), snipper (1), SMGs Poaches and motorcycle (1).
Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan major General Sher Afgun appreciating the action said that FC would continue its efforts along with other law enforcement agencies to eliminate terrorism and making area cradle of peace. It would continue to take actions against those destroying law and order situation in the province.
