QUETTA: The polio immunization campaign is continued in Quetta district on the second consecutive day, Tuesday.
The health workers and volunteers remained busy in immunizing the children below five years of age in different parts of the metropolis.
It may be mentioned here that the district has been divided into 35 zones as far as the immunization campaign is concerned.
While half of the zones would be covered till Thursday, the remaining zones would be included till Monday next.
It is targeted to vaccinate over 4,80,000 children collectively during the campaign, the sources of the Provincial Health department maintained.
