ATC admits day?s exemption to Pervez Musharraf

QUETTA feb 25 (PPI): Anti Terrorism Court headed by Aftab Ahmed Lone admitted one day exemption request of former President Pervez Musharraf in the Nawab Bugti murder case here Wednesday.
Learned Judge ordered Sindh government to provide security to Perez Musharraf to appear before Medical Board.
Former interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and former Home minister Shoaib Nosherwani appeared during the hearing of the case today. Perez Musharraf once again failed to appear. His lawyer Akhtar shah requested his exemption from appearance. Court asked when he would produce his client. Akhtar shah told that in the light of Medical Board report he would appear before the court.
He requested the Court to order security for his client to appear before medical board. Court granted one day exemption and ordered Sindh Government to provide security to him so that he could appear before medical board.
