QUETTA: A new academic block will be inaugurated at the University of Balochistan (UoB) today (Friday). Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai will be chief guest on the occasion.
Also attending the inaugural ceremony would be by the Chairman Higher Education Commission and other concerned high ups.
