Resolution on revival of Quetta-Zhob-Islamabad flight approved

QUETTA Mar 3 (PPI): Balochistan Assembly has recommended to provincial government to approach Federal government for restoration of Quetta-Islamabad flight via Zhob-Dera Ismail Khan-Peshawar sector according to its previous schedule so that travellers difficulties are redressed.
This was stated in a reosltuon jointly moved by Provincial Minister Shaikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhel, Adviser to Chief Minister Akbar Askani and MPA Dr Ruqiah Saeed Hashmi.
They said that above route of PIA flight is of great importance. There were three flights a week which has been reduced to one per week. It was creating difficulties for the people.
Provincial Minister Rehmat Baloch, Mohtarma Husn Bano, Abdul Rehman Khetran (JUI), Dr Shama Ishaq Baloch (National party), Ms Rahila Durrani (PML-N), Hamal Kalmati (BNP), Provincial Minister Dr Hamid Achakzai, MPAs Nasrullah Zeray (PMAP), Mohtarma Yasmeen Lehri (National Party), MPA Dr Ruqiah Hashmi (PML-N) and Mufti Gulab (JUI) also spoke on various aspects of resolution and sought certain amendments in the resolution aimed at increasing frequencies of flights on various routes in the province.
When put to vote it was unanimously adopted.
