QUETTA Mar 11 (PPI): War footing measures are being adopted for security at the Civil Secretariat including installation of secret cameras while 101 more modern cameras would also be installed.
This was stated by DG IT Akhtar Hussain Kakar while briefings a meeting about master plan and security of civil secretariat held her e Wednesday with Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha in the chair.
IG Balochistan Police Amlish Khan, Additional Chief Secretary Naseebullah Bazai, Secretary Finance Mushtaq Raisani, Secretary S&GAD Rizwan Memon, Secretary Home Akbar Hussain Durrani and DG IT Khalid Sher Dil were also present.
He told that biometric system would be installed at every gate for the employee s of civil secretariat. Visitors would be issued separate laser cards for specific time.
Besides he added metal detective system would also be installed at different gates for registered vehicles and important. He said two thousand intercom lines would also be installed at the Secretariat on which talks will be easy personalities and it would cost nothing.
Chief Secretary directed for installation of cameras at all the blocks so that secretaries could also monitor their staff. He said walls of the secretariat should be raised and barbed wires laid on them because providing security to government employees is topmost priority of the provincial government. He directed all the development projects should be completed on priority basis.
