QUETTA Mar 11 (PPI): Judiciary was taking decisions rising above all pressures. Courts have played key role in dispensation of justice to the people. People?s confidence in the judiciary was increasing with every passing day and people were approaching courts for resolution of their problems.
These views were expressed by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Muhammad Noor Meskanzai at the inauguration of new judicial year after end of winter vacations here Wednesday.
Judges of the High Court Justice Tahira Safdar, Justice Jamal Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar, Justice Ejaz Swati, Justice Shakeel Baloch, Justice Kamran Mullakhel and Justice naeem Akhtar were also present.
President Balochistan Bar Association Bilal Ahmed Kasi, Secretary General Sanaullah, Vice President Supreme Court Bar Association Syed Iqbal Shah, Vie President Balochistan Bar council Muhammad Shareef Advocate, prosecutor General Balochistan Tariq Mahmood butt, Advocate General Balochistan Nazimuddin, Deputy Attorney General Balochistan Sher Shah Kasi and Registrar Balochistan High court Nazeer Ahmed Langav also spoke.
Chief Justice said provision of justice in time discourages criminal elements. High Court has played bold role in the establishment of supremacy of law. He said with pleasant relations between Bench and Bar all demands of justice can be met. Despite incredible situation Judiciary has played unforgettable role to provide justice to the people. He aid we have to save our future. If we have to lead a peaceful life we have to respect law. A society where there is no law that can neither progress nor can have peace. He said respect to law paves way for reformation of society and establishment of justice.
