QUETTA(PPI) National Action Plan (NAP was being implemented according to its spirit and its results are encouraging.
This was stated at apex committee meeting held under the chairmanship of Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch here Friday.
Commander Southern Command Lt General Nasser Khan Janjua, Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha, Commander 33 Division Major General Azhar Naveed Hayat Khan, Commander 41 Division major General Aftab Khan, Home Secretary Akbar Hussain Durrani, Acting IG Police Ahsan Mahbub and other concerned officers attended.
Meeting lasted for six hours and discussed steps taken for meeting with terrorism and their outcome. Satisfaction was expressed that NAP was being implemented according to its spirit and its results are encouraging.
Meeting stressed for religious harmony and atmosphere of brotherhood.
It decided to approach Federation for creating maximum job opportunities in the province so that educated unemployed youth can be provided employments in federal institutions.
Meeting decided to take strict legal action against publication of material promoting sectarianism and speeches. Moreover a committee comprising Ulema and other religious leaders would also be constituted with Home Minister to promote religious harmony in the province.
