Rains in Balochistan

QUETTA(PPI): Quetta Valley and other parts of Balochistan are in grip of light rains. Valley received 2 millimetres of rain Friday afternoon.
Four persons were injured in hose collapse in Turbat area where rains played havoc. Heavy rains with thunderstorm played havoc in Mekran Division. Four persons were injured when some kutcha houses were collapsed. Traffic along Gwadar-Turbat and Gwadar-Karachi highway was badly disturbed. Jiwani received 55 millimetres of rains, Turbat 33 mm, Gwadar 25, Pasni 21 and Nok Kundi 7.3 mm of rains.
Fall of rains made the weather chill and people took out warm clothes and woollies again.
Minimum temperature recorded in Quetta Friday was 7.5 Celsius and maximum 14 Celsius.
Met office has predicted partly cloudy weather with chances of thunderstorm/rain in Quetta, Mekran, Kalat, Zhob, Sibi and Nasirabad divisions during the 24 hours.
