BA adopts resolution condemning Lahore incident

QUETTA(PPI): Those involved in terrorist acts should refrain from it and serve the country and people by becoming part of society.
These views were expressed by Members of Balochistan assembly while taking part in discussing on condemnation resolution about Lahore Church suicide incident in the House here Monday.
Speaker Jan Muhammad Jamali was in the chair who later adjourned the House sine die.
Joint condemnation resolution was moved by minority MPAs William John Barkat and Ghansham Das.
It was passed in amended form saying after terrorist act at Lahore Church two people were burnt alive. Hose strongly condemns it. It also condemned beating of policemen by angry mob.
Provincial Ministers Nawab Ayaz Jogezai, Jaffar Mandokhel, Dr Hamid Achakzai, Rehmat Baloch, Abdul Rahim ziaratwal, Opposition leader Maulana Abdul Wasay, MPA Gul Muhammad Domar, Mohtarma Dr Shama Ishaq and Mohtarma shahidaRauf also spoke of resolution.
They said we must take care of minorities in Pakistan It is matter of extreme grief that West instead of challenging Muslims was pitching them against each other .
Maulana Wasay said Christians, Hindus and other minorities are insecure in our country. He said even Muslims are unsafe. Attacks are made on masajid, churches, imam Bargahs and other places. He aid all what was happening in our country is because of presence of American and NATO forces in our neighbor. So long we stop receiving Coalition Support fund and they are present there situaiton would not change in our country.
He strongly condemned burning alive two people in Lahore incident.
Shahid Rauf said we are in grip of terrorism. We must have a group which should cool down angry mobs during such situation.
They said Christian community has right to protest but it should avoid damaging property which is national loss. What was happening in Pakistan was foreign sponsored and we should take notice of it.
