QUETTA: The Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Traffic has said that special traffic arrangements have been made for ensuring smooth flow of traffic on Zarghoon road and adjoining areas during the school hours (1:00 to 02:30 PM) owing to the extra-ordinary security situation and rush of the vehicles.
