Younas Baloch vows to restore traditional beauty of Quetta

QUETTA: Deputy Mayor of Quetta Metropolitan Corporation (QMC), Muhammad Younas Baloch has expressed the Corporation’s resolve to restore the traditional beauty of Quetta city.
We would not be leaving any stone unturned in providing the basic facilities to the citizens and resolving the issues being faced by them, stated Younas Baloch during visit of different areas of the city the other day.
During the surprise visit, the Deputy Mayor reviewed the overall cleanliness situation in the city.
He expressed his dismay over the poor cleanliness situation on Jinnah road particularly in front of the Sandeman Provincial Headquarter Hospital. He said that the heaps of garbage are lying in front of the Civil Hospital which is unjustified any way, he warned.
He announced that a team would be formed on an emergency basis for cleanliness in the metropolis.
The team would submit its report on the daily basis so as to bring improvement in the overall situation, he maintained.
He said that for ensuring healthy environment, it is necessary for us to keep our home, area and the city clean, adding he stressed.
He on the occasion also stressed the need to take urgent steps for improving cleanliness and traffic system so that the people may get relief.
